Shut In of HIOS 30 Inch West Leg Pipeline - Update #3 The HIOS West Leg Leak repair efforts continue to be delayed by adverse weather conditions along with vessel availability. At this time the following sources will need to remain shut in until further notice EB 160, EB 165, HIA-582C, HIA-563, HIA-557, HIA-550, HIA-472, HIA-443 and HIA-442. An update to this notice will be posted as additional details become available.
