HIOS has shut off flow to the Kinetica meter at WC167 to preserve line pack while receipts on the system are too low for rateable deliveries.  Deliveries of gas to buy back and fuel gas meters on the HIOS system will remain open.  HIOS may batch flow to Kinetica if conditions allow.
